I had a buyer lined up for my 99 and every thing was going smooth, untill the guy asked me about udercarage/ chasis rust. it turns out he had a bonne that rusted through the front end and totaled. I told the guy that i could probly have my buddy lift up the car at his shop and Id snap some pics for him. so i did and now hes not interested hes saying theres more rust on mine now than his bonne had.

so tell me what you guys think, is the rust really that bad? Will i have trouble sellin it as is? im asking 2k for it.

that looks fine. My car is rustier than that. What did the guy expect the car is 11 years old. If he expects to find anything better than that for 2k or less he needs to give his head a shake.

That aint **** lol the one rocker looks like it can use i tiny bit of repair but for 2k that looks completely fine. you should of seen my car when i bought it for 2900. Both rockers were basically gone and the fenders were rotted. I got new rockers fabricated, welded, and painted for 600.

Thats not bad at all. I have been afraid to pick up some cars on our 2 post lift because of how rusty they were and they still drove them everyday.
