I'm going to be doin a coolant flush on my car cause my coolant looks more like sludge then coolant... i do a ton of city driving and like Haulero my engines almost always at 210 and im constantly having to thro my heat on to lower engine temps., so i was thinkn since im flushing the coolant anyway now would be a great opportunity to put a lower tstat in to compensate and keep my engine nice and cool, but after reading this thread im starting to wonder whether i should or not ... should i still do it or just flush the coolant????

Just replace it with a stock one. 210 is normal for 99% of cars. If you ever get a tuned pcm and plan on doing more to the car you could go 180. Leave it stock for now.

Plus with a good flush/clean it will be more efficient anyway...
