The twist in pistons are only in the back you can tell its them by the + in the piston and it is not a cup.

I changed the rotors/pads on my 07 recently, I went with slotted/drilled ones.

There were little tiny clip on rings around the lugs, you may or may not have them, depends if the rotors have been changed before. They came off with a pair of needle nose pliers.

When you take off the brake fluid cap, get a paper towel(clean, new) and use it to soak up some of the fluid.

And x 2 on the breaker bar. I tried it at first with a ratchet, I broke 2 of them, and busted several cheap made in china sockets with a craftsman breaker bar borrowed from a neighbor.

The twist calipers are only on the rear.

Mine was rough, because the rotors had never been off the car.

ever considered the fact that this is his first time doing the brakes on the car? i know i hate doing a job while having the whip up on jackstands/non-running and having to call someone up just to run to the parts store to get something i didn't realize i needed beforehand.
