Ive searched and searched cant find anything...

The window motor works but there is another problem, when i go to put the window down it doesnt go down on its own i kinda have to slide it down and then itll be ok and sometimes ill have to use my hands to get it down. When i go to put it up itll come up like a normal window should. Any ideas or can someone point me in the correct direction?
