since ive owned my 2001 gtp its shaked at speeds from 45 plus. Ive now had 2 different sets of rims, which i 4 put new tires on both, got an alignment twice in 8 months, balanced the wheels, had a front sway bar replaced along with 2 front wheel bearings, and now it STILL shakes. BUT, it only shakes around 50-65 mph when im doing 75-80 on the highway it doesnt shake what so ever doesnt steer to one side, nothing. i have gone to 2 different mechanics, and than had my wheels and everything done at a tire shop and they claim nothing is wrong with the suspension. I'm at a loss, so any help would be appreciated

if a axle is completely gone ie siezed the the vibes may show up at a certian speed, i have seen it happen before. but it usually changes in speed like it happens at ransom speeds

so this couldnt be the trans going, because lately its been shifting into 4th gear really low, about 46 mph, which leaves my RPMS around 1400

What kind of shaking are you talking about a vibration or side to side?
Life goes by so fast, so why drive slow.

its your axles I bet. When was the last time they were replaced? Also, do you see grease on the LCA's ?

Mine would do it from 20-45 ... i would be bouncing ..literally.
