I found a DHP tuner for $100. The guy says its for a 98 GS only. I'm new to these cars and tuning and wanted to know if the DHP tuner could be used for other model years? or is it year specific?

Thanks in advance for any info...

he probably used all his credits so all you'd have to do is buy more credits to unlock your car. its $25 for a car IIRC.
