I have a 98 Daytona and the passenger side door is rubbing against the fender down at the bottom of the door where the molding is. Which hinges do you adjust? I tried the 4 bolts that face you when you look at the hinge and that didn't seem to work. Is it the 4 bolts that bolt on to the door? Thank's, and if anyone can help me i'll wash and... ok, let's skip that one....

You're kidding. But there's no up and down motion on the door. It feels pretty snug. What's IIRC?.....

yeah that or a local yard.
morad will probably get em to ya pretty cheap, so i'd go that route. just e-mail/call and tell 'em your problem and what ya need and you'll be set straight.

I just send Ed Morad a part's request as he didn't have any door hinges listed in his eBay store. Will keep you abreast of the situation...

good luck, should be pretty inexpensive. just one of those stupid little things that goes on most GPs.

for future, you'd be better off calling morad/any companies when you're looking for a part. getting a response five minutes sooner could make the difference of whether the part's shipped same day or next.

They have them for $30.00 shipped. I just PP'd them the money. It's no great hurry on the part as it's a second car....

When I do get the hinges how do I put them on? I'm thinking that you would put one on at a time while the door is still on the car. Is this the right way to do it or does someone else have a better way. Thank's for everyone's help on this...

i am not sure how this is done on the gp, i have never done them on one. i did do them on my blazer, and i had to get a spring compressor deal, then i knocked both of the old pins out, and had the door sitting on an old milk crate with me holding it.. then picked the door back up and held it in place while a buddy put the new pins in.. probably an easier way, but FWIW its a start
    i knew this guy wasn't b/sing.
michigan people have better stuff to do, like finding jobs or avoiding robbery.
