It was kind of weird, what he went through with them. Although the plugs ordered were a new model and on the website they only had options to buy 2,4,or 5. Had 6 been an option a phone call would not have been needed.
I received another email back from Brisk about the center electrodes.
My questioning about the center electrode inconsistancy resulted in these replies.
Not at all. There is so much turbulent flow inside the combustion chamber that the spark just kind of goes with the turbulent flow. The turbulent flow in Each cycle and RPM is completely different and the spark just goes with the path of least resistance. (electrical and environmental) Sharp edges are beneficial for easier discharge. (such delco rapid fire) The variation will not effect your performance.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Chris
Hi Lee,
The plugs were inspected before they were shipped as are all on-line orders. I looked at some of the remaining plugs and saw no discernible difference. You must be looking at the electrode under magnification. I assure you that the plugs will fire correctly.

Jim
