I am having a problem with my turn signal, similar to others in the forum have had, but I'd like to provide more details to see where I should go next to try and fix it.
Right signal dash indicator light remains solid for a few minutes. It does eventually go out by itself, but when it's solid my signal flashes quickly on right turns.
The rear light flashes, but the front does not.
I have changed bulbs in both front and rear lights, and it is the same.
The problem occurs after using the signal, but this is not always the case.
Other times, when I start the car (usually at night) the light is already solid, and eventually turns off.
There are times when it does not do this at all.
I read about fixing something in the steering column, but if I remember correctly that's some crazy work to fix (removing steering wheel, airbag, other parts etc.)
I'm willing to do this if there is no other option... but I'm hoping there is another solution somewhere!
Does anyone know what else this could be?
