Idk. Mine didn't have it either. I got an aftermarket hood put on in Dec tho.

i hate not having one i tried checking under the hood the other night cause a vaccum hose came off and couldnt see so i thought the bulb was blown so i went to the next gas station and fixed the problem and then started to lokk for the under hood light and found nothing
