    Okay, if you dont find it, I'll try and get what I have posted up. It is not my How To, I did not make it up and Im not sure who the credit goes to. You might check the other site because I got it off there.

    I dont mind posting it up here, I just would feel better if the original author knew about it.

    Also, would Dielectric grease help prevent the arching that causes the carbon build-up?

    I dont know that I would use Dielectric grease. However, BackInBlack has an ignition saver modification that should do the trick. Im not sure where its at on here, there was a thread about it. But I used it when I put in my new switch/harness.

    i wouldnt take apart a good ignition switch... too many tiny parts that may not go back together right


    i'd use either backinblack's ignition saver mod (or my plug and play version of same)
