    spray the crap out of the tbody with tbody cleaner and open the throttle and clean around the plate real good with a rag. no need to remove.

    I did this and it looked clean. Until I took it off...

    not saying it cleans the tbody all the way just that it stops the sticking. at least on every car ive done it on.
