yea i got the zzp hv3 installed in my car since everything ive read about the product is really good reviews and thought it would be a good idea to get. I installed it, my 0-60mph and 60-120km pull are both 3\4 second slower. what gives?

My current mods are just K&N CAI, Magnaflow mufflers, and now the hv3

Thanks for the input and no random raging will be appreciated.

With the lack of mods you have I'm not surprised it didn't take full advantage of it. You'll notice a loss of low/mid range torque. Open up the exhaust with some headers or at least a DP. Get a PCM tune to raise your shift points. You'll definitely notice a difference then.

Not when your bringing in all that air and you can't get rid of it...car is basically like a complex vacuum...if it sucks in all that crap(air) it has to go somewhere fast (more exhaust work, better it runs)...always try to get RID of air before bringing more in. Get a PLOG/DP combo before getting the PCM tuned IMO.

I just figured it was slow because its a GT....

X2 on the exhaust work though. Get a Downpipe \ PLOG before the tune otherwise you won't benefit much.
