My lower part of the front bumper is all cracked probably from the last owner hitting curbs or parking lot concrete barriers. I want to repair this and am wondering if it comes off from the main bumper, so it would be eisier to work on. I figure some fiberglass cloth to the backside and a little on the outside and just paint it flat black or something like that. Thanks

I have a similar problem my bumper is cracked around the fog light I had one person say it was not possible to fix and 2 people tell me that I could get it fiber glassed but your best bet is to just buy a new bumper either find one at a junkyard thats in good shape or buy a new bumper and get it painted.

    You can find cheaper.

    http://www.neweggmall.com/Product/20...0/product.html

only 30 dollars and shipping to me in wisconsin here is only 70 dollars.

so overall 100 dollars for a primed bumper cover not bad.

Aftermarkets may not fit well and also do not have provision for the red arrow badge for the front fascia.

Yeah, I realized that after looking around some more. But, I called a place called keystone and for a re-manufactured bumper for our car they wanted 308 dollars and for their aftermarket they wanted 288. Maybe quality isn't good through certafit but I never heard any complaints and for 45 dollars or w/e you can't beat that.

yup i realized that when they gave me those prices. I am curious on how good of a discount a body shop would get from them.

    worth looking into.

I know parts source can't get a discount on those when they can sell you most things a discount.
