hey guys new to the site, how is everyone? I hope all is good. anywho i have a 2000 gtp with 173,000 miles and i know my struts are shot, but there is a lot of vibration when accelerating to 55 or 60 or whatever speed. especially when its accelerating on an incline (small or large hill) so im wondering if its the wheel bearings? any input would be great thanks again

If your struts are shot, and you know this, how can you rule out the bad struts making the vibration?

the vibration just doesnt feel like the struts would cause it. it feels like it is in the wheels only

This also happened to me in my gtp
& it resulted that the car wasnt balanced,
so i had it alingned & balanced,
    & this problem went away.

my car used to vibrate when going up a hill & when accelarating on the freeway,
from 65-75 it vibrated then at 80 it stopped & went smooth.
but now its all smooth from the start

    hope this helps
