Suggestions as far as what? IF the rotors are indeed bad, it's as simple as replacing them. It happens unfortunately. But the good thing is, you can replace them with the blower still on the car.

Those are rotors I got from ED a little over a year ago. I put a new coupler in in October when I a tripleedgeperformance ported blower (my housing btw).
Well I'm gong to pull the snout tonight. I guess I'll have to ask questions once it's apart.
I still have the anaerobic sealant, not sure if I have the proper high temp grease of not. What are the tq specs for the snout bolts?
arrgghhh I guess I should get another coupler to put in while I'm at it.
UPDATE After disconnecting the battery, removing the hold down nuts on the fuse box, and taking off the two belts I grabbed a hold of the pulley to take it off. There was NO noise as a result of rocking the pulley back and forth. I then removed the oil fill bolt to check the oil. The oil was full and clear as the day I filled it in October. It didn't smell bad or taste too bad either.:th_biggrin2: Anyway I rocked the pulley back and forth with the fill bolt out to allow better chance of hearing the clunking. Nothing.
The only difference between yesterday and today was that the blower was completely cool tonight after sitting 24 hours, where last night it was still quite warm from the 26 mile trip home from work.
SO other than the ZZP coupler that's in there what else could change shape enough from heat to make a clunking noise? I've not really noticed any strange noises while driving and I'm not getting any KR from the clunking, if it's clunking while the engine is running.

I know. Someone much have broke into my garage while I was at work and fixed whatever it was...actually the bad part is, I'm sure I'll find it doing the same thing once hot. Why? Because now that I know there is clunk potential, I'll constantly be popping the hood and shaking the pulley.:( I can't help myself.
I need to get the car put back together quickly and need to know something about tolerances. After pulling the snout, it seems to be solid. The coupler looked fine too. With the rotors still attached, if I pull out on the two rotor gears, there seems to be the slightest amount of play. I can't really feel them move but if I push and pull on them, I can hear a slight tap. Is this normal?
I'm putting in a new coupler anyway, but don't know if I can leave the car down long enough to wait for the new set of rotors with rotor plate to show up.
fwiw the fluid was indeed clear in color and there was no metal pieces. If I were desperate enough, and didn't have fluid, there would be no worries reusing the old stuff.
Maybe when things heat up, the housing expands?
who knows I guess.
