Hi there, I am new here, my name is Betsy
I have a 2000 Grand Prix Super Charger. I am NOT a mechanic. The MAF has been replaced 3 times in the last month. I keep going back to the shop when the engine light comes on and it starts to run awful. The last MAF they put in, I made sure it was a GM part, but now the LOW TRAC light is flashing and this happened last time before I started to have problems. It has been about 10 days since the last one was put in. ANY IDEAS? I read some of the threads, and maybe I should suggest they disconnect the MAF and see how it runs? Could something be making the MAF go bad? Doesn't make much sense. Car has about 60K miles on it. Any suggestions you people, who know way more than I do, may have would be greatly appreciated it. Thanks for your time, Betsy![]()
