ok cleaned the under the hood fuse box up all fuses checked out fine on the battery the negative was a tad loose and on the positive it was as tight as could be but had some corrosion on it which i cleaned up also i think that my pcn was touching my body i don't know if that could have caused it.....? i am going to check it out drive it around for a while and pick up a fuel filter.....but another question where is the fuel filter located i traced the lines but they go behind the engine where i could not see.... i will post my results after the test drive and let everyone know if the problem is fixed
