    Disagree. its all about the technician. You could have an idiot working for BMW and the smartest **** in the world working at some shop. Dont blame the company, blame the **** tech.

    point is these places normally won't pay enough to get semi ok techs, sometimes there are some ho work hard for nothing but not normally
    F clean cars, I Ride Dirty!.....to hide the wicked body damage...

    Sorry...but about 99.9% of the time who are you going to find working at a place like that vs. a place like BMW. Most of the BMW techs are college educated in that field vs. the quacks that work there dropped out of high school after auto shop class.

    Youc could always buy clamps, that way you can move it to what you like, cut it make it shorter and have it the way you like, That's what I did when I had my cherry bombs and they turned out nice. IDK I don't like welding for some reason... Hopefully it turns out nice when it's done.

    We use clamps on our mufflers when we install them. It makes it a lot easier if it is defective or to replace it when it wears out.
