would not recommend it. it will just end up clogging up the coolant ports in the motor and cause you more trouble. the only thing i would use to repair a radiator is some form of epoxy on the OUTSIDE of it (jb weld would work). otherwise a new radiator is a whole $100 for a big, nice one. why skimp when its so cheap to replace?

thise one is awesome and its $200, probably one of the best you can buy:

    oversized aluminum radiator

epoxy or jb weld should fix it if the fins are leaking. youd just have to make sure you seal the right spot.

otherwise you can find a radiator on ebay for cheap too.

really cheap, but not sure id trust it

you can find them out there for cheaper, you just have to be willing to search.

Why not upgrade your radiator while you're in there? Instead of ZZPs oversized radiator, why don't you get the same thing from OReillys, but cheaper (because of no shipping), local, and a lifetime warranty too?

Proliance Radiator PN: 432387 (Measure it before buying, make sure the core is 1-3/8". Some maybe mis boxed like I discovered)

And here is my write up from yours truely...

VERY good list of advice here!

Liquid parts repairs like this are never good. Stop Leak (and anything similar) should be banned
