So for a few weeks ive been pulling up my driveway and have been slightly scraping it. Im done parking up there. However, my question is, should i look into a new exhaust set up? i dont mind spending some money, and i certainly wouldnt mind some performance gains and a deeper tone. I think my exhaust sound is pretty nice as is but deeper would be better. Any thoughts? could i have done any damage pulling up the driveway? Suggestions on new set up?

most likely no damage, I scrape sometimes, no biggie. You wouldn't get any performance gains with a catback, and that will most likely just scrape more anyways. You probably have a shot hanger somewhere. Id check underneath.

no one said you had to leave your exhaust how it is. get a welder and make it fit how you want. otherwise that stupid bend on the downpipe is going to eat pavement a lot. SLPs have that stupid bend too. whoever designed that is an idiot.

Mine was scraping going into my garage. It finally caught tonight and the dp and cat back separated. Going to weld that **** up tomorrow. All my hangers are good, the clamp was just sitting funny from me being in a hurry to get it on.

2.5" is for girls. you should get 3" regardless of how unmodded your car is.

I'm n/a and I'm running a full 3 inch cat back as of now. There is the smallest decrease of off the line torque, barely any. And my top end is wayy better. It's deep as **** and has no rasp at all. And ya the res and u bend are gone too
