rusty prix 
Alright so im new and i need some help. My 97 prix has terrible lights and the blower is barely working on high and we just got our first snow up here in minnesota. Im 18 and my dad is in iraq so he cant help me and i really need to get this fixed cause its kind of a safety hazard. I have been lurking around here and searching for a long time and figured out a lot of useful information for other fixes but i have a couple of questions. The first it my lights, they are terrible and the high beams are worse than the regular setting, the lenses have a lot of condensation in them and are very clear at all and the bulbs are just some napa replacement my dad bought a while back so im not sure if its that or if they are aimed wrong or both? I dont have the money for projectors so i would like some suggestions of what to do there. The blower on the other hand i think i have narrowed down to the restrictor because it has only been working on high for a very long time or correct me if im wrong but i need to know what to get exactly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
