    i have a 2000 gtp and everytime it rains i get alot of water on the passenger floor board and i dont know how or where it is coming from. it started when i replaced the blower moter but i dont know if that has anything to do with it. PLEASE HELPPP

    order the gm part and install it....here is the only thread you need to look at. $4 and fifteen minutes=problem fixed. This is also most likely why your blower motor needed to be replaced in the first place.http://www.grandprixforums.net/f73/w...-fix-6961.html

    Thanks for postimng that link liquifire!

    I checked mine a week ago and of course it is the old seal, but it was glued in place, probably when the blower motor was replaced, according to the GM warranty history I have!

    At any rate, the part is cheap enough I think I will go get one and update it. When I inspected mine, I just thought the blower was so vulnerable that way it sits and do not like the design!

    i needed a new blower motor because went i bought the car the a/c didnt work so that and other crap needed fixed.
