so last night my battery died and I had to jump my car after I got off work. This morning I go outside and of course its dead so me and my buddy try to jump it. When its NOT hooked up to the jumper cables and the key is turned absolutely nothing happens. When it is hooked up the car ticks very fast but won't turn over. its not the kind of slow tick when the battery is dead. its very fast and doesn't sound underpowered. then it will keep ticking like its trying to start even when i let go of the key. The radio will also come on after i pull the key out of the ignition and start popping and buzzing. does anyone have any ideas at all???
