Chirping Noise

I have a 1998 Grand Prix GTP and I started to get a chirping/squeeking noise on/off/on/off basically like a loose belt sound but it doesn't quiet up. It makes the noise at idle and during driving, basically anytime the engine is on. Anyone have any idea what it is?
