So it's a clear and dry day, I stop get some gas and start my car. My wipers come on. I can not turn them off. So I have to remove the fuse to stop them. Sometimes they will turn off, most of the time they wont. The turn signals, cruise control work. Does anyone know what is wrong, and how to fix it.

What I'm doing is a temp fix, but it kind of sucks driving on the freeway and it starts raining. I have to stop and put the fuse back in.
