you need the catback from a GT or GTP and the rear bumper. or you could just leave the tips hang out and look funny if you want.

I'm actually getting the GT rear bumper from a CL posting for $200. Matched color and everything. I'm just looking for the overall expense for the dual exhaust. I know what I need, just don't know the cost really of the parts, or where to ask to find out how much without getting ripped off. Me and my buddy will be doing it. He's got literally everything needed for the labor.

GMPP makes a kit for just under $500 dollars designed for this purpose........If you can find one use, it would be the cheapest way. Otherwise any exhaust shop can fab you up a new exhaust.........

yeah.........they are just going to order you parts of the exhaust(the straight pipes and bends?) they probably do not have a resonator for it either( mufflers can cost anywhere from 60 to 120 apiece so for two of them and a res it would be a minimum of $350 plus labor........see if you can place an ad on here or some other forum where someone bought a cat back system and has their stocker setup for sale....that is the cheapest. Otherwise just go straight to the exhaust shop and have them fab it up for you........they can get all of the pieces that you need....and are more likely to give you a package deal........just call around to at least three places and get quotes.....

or now is your chance to get an aftermarket cat back if you want. It wont help for performance much if at all, but if you are into that..........just an option

whatever you do, make sure it has a resonator or at the very least a glass pack in place of the resonator........
