Fog light removal...

well one of my fog lights passenger side, came lose and melted to the housing... i am trying to remove the hole house and as i got the one screw closest to the engine i go to the second one and the bolt it self is spinning with the nut... i can not figure out how i can do this with out taking off the stupid bumper.
any suggestions thanks

try using some small vise grips and put them at the end of the screw. it might be a snug fit, but should work. also it may not be a bad idea to spray some wd-40 to help loosen the nut.

did the wd 40, only had a bigger pair of vise grips and it would just slip off when i went to turn the nut. im going on a vacation for a week so when i get back ill grab the small vise grips from work. thanks for the help
