    It's easy to add the compass/temp mirror. Just drop down the overhead console and there is a harness up there that plugs into the mirror. Plug that into the mirror and the compass and auto dim will work. To get the temp to work there is a 3 wire connector with 2 wires in it near the battery that you can hook up the temp sensor to. I have done this to 2 different GP's now. Both of them have been 02's but they should all be the same just check for the harness in the overhead console.

    You said the harness is right under the overhead console? I have an 02 with a sunroof, is the connector hard to find or plugged into anything? I did find the temp. connector under the hood but can't find the one behind the overhead console...

    Did anyone have any luck with this. I just found an onstar mirror but am not sure how to wire it up (on star services excluded of course).
