You would have to put a reducer going from the TB to the MAF (3.75 to 3.25) and then have the piping comming from only the inlet side of the MAF.

The MAF's are the same external design as the LQ4's. So I guess you could put it anywhere in the piping as long as wiring would permit.
I realize it's an external design, again, I just can't figure out how you would connect a CAI after the MAF, which is all I said in my first post.
