ok guys the vac leak at my LIM egr block off plate...now my trims are no longer +16.4 and now at idle they sit anywhere from +3.9 and +8.0 and it varies is that normal? at PT i see 0.0 and at WOT i get +1.5 through out the power band....is this normal lift behavior with no tune? should they vary at idle?? is that just the pcm adding fuel in diff amount to maintain idle?? they usually stay at one number but everytime i come to a stop they seem to sit at a diff + number.....
NO LONGER USING THIS NAME MY NEW USER IS BOOSTJUNKI3!!!!

they change enough. mine vary a little, but a good tune will help you even them out. the only time they really lock is when you go WOT.

Do some MAF tunes and they will change. You want to be in the - negatives rather than +'s.
