Exactly...or you can wrap it with header wrap and that works really well too for the cheap...

I've seen rotted x-overs from that.

Keeping the exhaust heat in is great for underhood temps and for exhaust flow. Warmer exhaust flows faster and more freely.

What other exhaust mods should I look into? I'm prob. never gonna get headers cuz I already got the dp on there and I'm puttin that plog on. Would like to make more power but don't know where to go. I would also like it to sound better. Not real loud or anything but a nice deep tone maybe. Any recomendations?

That's what I said. Now that I have the blower, in a few months you'll see a stainless plog, coated crossover, and a DP up for sale.

i pd around $170 or 180 for the plog neww, from zzp i got the ceramic coated 1, later on i bought the 3"dp, no cat or res,(trying to leave my footprint) lol. yes for the plog and dp i could've bought headers. depressing. but i bought them about 8 months apart so, its alot more quicker than stock and so much safer for it too. remember that a new dp comes with the headers too.
