    Well who ever told you that just wanted to see you get a new motor too, Like I said, Headers, Cold Air intake ( like you have is fine) Autolite 104's spark plugs, gap at .055, a cooler thermostat, 180 degrees is what most people run and they are just fine, Get someone who can scan your car for knock, and tune it, then after than you should be able to put a 3.5 or 3.6 on, the 3.4 with out cars, 04+ require atleast Rockers to help kill some of that KR, A car that has a Small pulley and a lot of knock can be a lot slower than a car with a larger pulley that is tuned correctly. hope this helps man

    helps ALOT THANK U but i really dont want to put headers on the car it looks like it would be a pain in the ass to do
