Im assuming you mean the electrode end, the end that goes in the motor.

Check here and see which one is closer to what yours looks like. Hopefully it will help you pin down the issue.

yea the electrode end. kind of looks like the one that says melted, but worse. i have over heated a few times, wonder if this would be the cause. i think im leaking coolent but dont know where, that will be another thread.

how is your fuel ratio? running lean will get a motor pretty hot and do a number on the pistons and plugs.

It may be the specific injector might not be delivering enough fuel. I dunno, I'm just getting into FI.

Use the macro button (looks like a flower). Sets the camera to focus on something close up.

youve never tuned your car with all the breathing mods you have. youre running lean or an injector took a dump on you.

have you been running all this time without a scanner?

Damn dude. Yeah, you need some kind of scanner to at least get a window into what is going on. I would think the injector for that cylinder may be faulty. The other plugs look okay, maybe alittle on the lean side, but that is what mine usually look like. You may have gotten a defective plug? I have seen some autotaps on the sale boards pretty cheap. That is the second thing I bought after an air intake.

i guess ill just keep checking the plug and hopefully sometime next week get out to have it tuned, maybe he can scan it, see what he can come up with (tdc) and i can go do a little side work for some money to get a scanner.

Perfect example of why a scanner should be one of the first things you get. I can't see how people comfortably mod an electronic car without a way to scan.
