My a/c doesnt work yet again, i used a kit that came with a new compressor, condesnor, orifice tube filter and most all of the metal a/c line(all the lines in engine bay. Theres no signs of a leak or dye, pressure seems where it should be. The compressor will not kick on though. The pcm is tuned to allow a/c on even when its -0° so i know its not a temp sensor. I was thinking either the high side pressure switch or possibly the digital hvac controller itself. I know you can usually jump the pressure switch pins but mine is 3pin and i cant find which to jump. Is it possible to test the hvac controller? It appears to work and function though so i have no clue.

When you say pressure is where it should be... meaning you've added freon? I've never had to jump one to get it going, merely vacuum and then add freon and presto they kick on
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
