04 GP GT fuel pump relay problems. Stumped.

If it was me I would buy a fuel pump rewire, to me it sounds like a bad connection somewhere between the fuel pump and the fuse box. To me it sounds like that is the only thing that you haven't tried. This is the one that you want if my memory serves me correctly https://intense-racing.com/PROD/CAS-HWK.html I do know that you do not want the zzp one.

Thanks. I've been over all of the connections and used an ohmmeter while pulling on wire harnesses etc. But a broken wire does not explain why wiggling the relay fixes the problem. That said, this looks like a good thing to install just to rule it out as a problem. Thanks for the suggestion.
