    Like title says how can I measure at what level or percentage my injectors are before they max out? I have dhp and torque pro.

    Watch injector duty cycle.

    Anything over like 90% is pretty much maxing them out.

    with dhp you scan injector pulse width, "ipw"

    Must be because they can't scan cool information like HP Tuners can or higher end scan tools.

    HPT can do duty cycle. In HPT, around 20-23ms on the injectors was getting close to that 90% on duty cycle. DHP does something goofy and puts those numbers into the thousands, so it's like 22,000ipw or some junk.

    Pulse width by itself tells almost nothing, because it depends on rpm. Having a 20ms PW at 4500rpm is completely different than 20ms at 6500rpm.

    If you have dhp, I think you can create a parameter to measure idc.

    IDC=PW/(120/RPM)

    Ok so IDC=PW/(120/RPM) is the parameter I should add?
    If i added this parameter how would I know what the "max" would be for my setup?

    I really am not sure. It's been years since I needed that deeply with dhp. I'd have to play with it for awhile to figure it out.

    i was hitting 24,000 wot top of the rpms on a 3.2 pulley, installed 42's, now hits 16,000.

    3.2 is about the smallest you can go on stock injectors, but you would be right on the edge of maxed out.

    Ya I have 42# but I'm also running e85 on a 3.4 setup and stock pump. But supposedly Arizona only has e54 which would obviously give me a little more head room with fueling which is why I have no idea where my injector duty cycle is at currently. I would assume it's getting up there and I'm in need of bigger injectors if I want to mod further

    in that case your past max. you need 60's or so.

    I used to run a 3.0 on stock injectors.

    Just go to google, and type in "Injector duty cycle calculator". The first link should be for Stealth 316, you just punch in your info (RPM and IPW) and hit calculate, boom, IDC.

    Thanks man I will check that out when I get off work. I finally fixed my stupid dhp last night so I took a scan and after dropping to a 3.4 I'm seeing around 18.5 ipw at wot
