I bought my 2004 comp g, 165k miles, last November. LF blinker didn't work and fuel pump ran 100% of the time just with the ignition. Ran and drove fine. I just recently looked into the blinker and found no power to the socket. Replaced that small wire harness, still no power. Looked over all fuses under hood since that's where the right headlight harness goes. All fuses were good. Then tried to start it, it ran for 2seconds and died. Silence, including no fuel pump sound now.

So I pulled the fuel pump fuse and found the fuse blades had been twisted. Also found the fuel pump mini-relay missing. I borrowed a relay from another spot and tried to plug it in, there's nothing to engage into inside the fuse block. Looked at another 04 comp g, it has the FP relay. Obviously the someone has messed with the electrical system which has affected the FP and blinker.

I have a multimeter and can wrench but don't know what to try at this point. Any suggestions?
