I put the ac delete pulley on yesterday and now the car makes a bad sound at higher rpm, it's hard to hear, but at the top of the pull before it shifts. not real sure what is making the sound

It's hard to hear. There's a noise in the cabin at shift point. Not sure if that's it?
If you're talking about hitting the hashed yellow, that noise I can barely hear sounds like the belt slipping. I'd check the pulley alignment.
that is the sound I'm talking about. here is another one. I checked the power steering fluid and it is low, I wonder if that could be a factor

Still sounds like belt or pulley chatter to me. I've never heard a steering pump make a noise like that. Take the belt off and give it the ol' push-pull to see if there's play.
it looks like the supercharger idler pulley has a little play in it. I took the supercharger belt off and looked over the other belt and it looks lined up good.
edit:
left the supercharger belt off and took it for a run, and it was still making the sound, so it couldn't be the idler pulley.
it sounds a little like the starter is grabbing or doing something

Did you end up checking out the solid mount thread? Thought I saw your name over there ..anyway, a mount could make a noise like that.
Maybe it's something little like a rattle by the firewall or something. My Blazer has a throttle cable buzz that goes away as soon as I touch the pedal. Thought it was a relay forever.
I went to the mechanic and he said it sounded like the harmonic balancer was wearing out, like it was missing or something. I'm going to go back later when he has more time to do a better diagnoses.
edit: went back to the mechanic, and it's not the harmonic balancer. could either be the starter or the flexplate.
here is a video of startup, the metal chattering is what to try and listen for.
