    Describe the "flooding".

If it just starts and kills right away after like 2 seconds, it's not flodding the motor. It just can't get enough air inside to keep running.

If you've never removed the throttle body and cleaned it, start there. They get so full of **** from the EGR that it blocks air flow and stalls out.

1st start must crank about 25 times, plugs are soaked with gas. Have replaced throttle body and TPS no help. Seems to be 1st start in closed loop 2nd start no problem ??

Because of coolant temp settings in the computer and built in delays, they always start in open loop. Even when warm they have up to a 10 second delay before switching back to closed loop functions.

Without me standing in front of this vehicle with a scanner of sort I am not sure what is causing this problem.

You might have a fuel pressure issue. Get a fuel pressure gauge and install it so you can see it from the driver's seat. See if the fuel pressure rises before starting and holds when you shut it off.

Or try cycling the key on-off several times to build pressure before the first start of the day.

Fuel pressure starts and holds at about 58 psi. Obd is not sending any trouble codes. Does anyone know what controls fuel flow on cold start ?

did you clean the tb yet? thats step one.

after it dont start, when it cranks a crap load of times, pull a spark plug, see if its wet. if its wet your getting gas.

keep in mind, every time you turn the key off and back to run the injectors prime the engine. then they dont start to spray fuel until the engine fires up.
