I would think 99' L67 Park Avenues are getting hard to find. The PA venturi pump canister looks similar to my 2000 GTP except for the fuel-level float mechanism. Maybe all you need to do is transfer over the float and arm. Here are some pics of mine for comparison sake:

A couple tips on the Racetronix swap:

    1. Make sure the hose clamp is super tight or else it will bleed off pressure. After key-on prime, it should hold 48psi or better for a minute. It took me a couple tries to get it to not bleed off including buying another hose clamp.

    2. Replace the fuel canister o-ring, AC Delco G23, or else you'll get constant evap symptoms and large negative fuel trims. With a new o-ring, it may seem impossible to get the fuel canister seated again into the tank. Make sure the canister is square to the fuel tank and push real hard. Once seated properly, you shouldn't need to hold the pump down to insert to retaining C-clip.
