    Yes Scotty I know that. I already checked that. They are the stock values on both tunes/bin files.

    Both cars are at the same ambient temp. I took the videos within minutes of each other yesterday.

    But going back to my original post. Why does the 03 idle higher than the 99 at a dead cold start?

    Edit - Also, I particularly don't like waiting 10 minutes before I want to put the car in reverse to go to work. Cars don't like it when you go from park to reverse when the car is idling 1300 rpm's.
