    Could not offer any advice. I never used it / didn't need to with either cam, rockers , pulley sizes or IC. I've always based my tune around my mods

    Never found anyone saying I've used it for years and it works great.

    I've used FSIC for years and they work great.

    wheres the clearance issue with a fsic and a ssm90 set up?

    if its the injectors cant the core be ground down some to clear it, kinda like what they do to the blower?

    Zzp said they have tried everything possible they can get the injectors in but the angle they are on you can't get it to idle right I guess

    On a ssm90 the injectors occupy the space needed for the Intercooler core.

    The shorts stack core is thinner and smaller and leaves room for the injectors also making its performance value smaller.

    because nitrous isn't used very often and people don't post results on nitrous setups very often does that mean it doesn't work?

    I can't think of his name atm, but the guy that bought adeckers old 04 did he at one time run a fsic with the ssm90 setup?

    dunno about him but this dude has a gen5 on a ssm90 setup......

    Soooo gee um iff a gen5 fits im pretty sure a full size ic would fit by following this....

    Has pics even.

    Lol no it has nothing to do with a intercooler zzp machined the outside of my gen 3 case to fit for the injectors also you can't cut into the core that much without ruining it

    what i was saying, dont see why you cant just clearance the core for the injectors. a 1/2 area here and there should not hurt any thing.

    Zzp said they tried they have ruined several intercoolers doing it I guess there isn't alot of room to grind anything off without getting into a coolant passage

    looking at this pic you'd have to take a nice chunk out of the core. another reason for l67 heads.


    this is my ic on a l67 lim and the rails laid on, it does look to be a ton of meat that could be dug into on the core.
