    Following! Mine has the same issues. It "surges" a few hundred rpms under load below 2,000 rpm. Perfectly fine at cruise, though.

    Damn. I assumed you've been through similar checks as I have? Thankfully it looks like UPS is set to have it arrive by tomorrow!
