Also, you had the check engine light on. What are the codes saying?

Cat seems to be fine! It's been checked out. No fuel economy issues and its passed all emissions since the problem began

During my various searches I've seen the TCC come up now and then but I thought that was more of a consistent problem and not an intermittent "whenever I feel like it" one like it is now. Doesn't that usually come up in 3/OD as well? I'm not sure that's just what I've gathered from my research into the problem but there are no other issues with the car otherwise.

Ah, I forgot to put that in. It's for the p0300 random misfire. If I don't let it power out of the sputtering and I just hold it in (sounds god-awful), it will usually misfire and flash the cel. I'm trying to get it to specify the cylinder so I just leave it on so it can collect more misfires. Using torque with the OBII though, the misfire history is all over the place with the cylinders. Sometimes one has 400, one has 0, one has 6. Then after clearing it the order changes. It doesn't always misfire though, it's fairly rare unless I really ride it hard on the surge.
