Hey guys. If I turn the wheel one full rotation to the left or right while braking (happens more), very rarely accelerating, it makes the low traction light come on and I get that weird sound the TCS makes. Not sure what any of the reasons could be besides wheel sensors

Dirty or wet connections or harness damage also cause that. On 97-03s the right front wheel harness is the first place I look.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

ebcm does that too at slow speeds, turning into park spots is when it seems to act up for most.

I second the right front wheel hub ABS/traction control speed sensor cable diagnosis. Either chafed or failing wiring or corrosion in the in-line wiring connector of the pigtail coming out of the hub. Caused repeatable trips of the ABS/Traction Control light on my 2001 GP SE on hard right rudder almost every time.

I also had to replace a good amount of the harness but on my left front. It seems.to brake right where it bends the most while steering. I had to keep cutting back because the wires were so corroded.
