Would i have any problems running a 3.4 with a T-Stat, 104s, CAI, and ZZP stainless headers?

In order to benefit from all of those items on your list you will need a tune. The more "hard parts" that you put on, the more KR you will likely have. KR is a reduction in timing due to the engine sensing knock. KR = loss of power. A good tune will help decrease KR if not totally get rid of KR.
A tune is where it's at!!![]()
Truly I would hold off on installing your parts until you get either a tuner or get with someone on this site that is near you and willing to help tune your car. A tune in my opinion is so important that if you put on these parts without a tune, you could end up having a lower performing then stock car. This is due to the KR. Remember KR takes away timing. Timing is power.
That is a good list you have tho...I would get those, just don't install until you get the ability to get tuned.
I wnt be installing the stuff for a bit, i still need a downpipe, and after buying the headers i wont have a lot of money to play with, bills SUCK. so does rent lol. One more question when i get my downpipe, will that eliminate the U bend? or is that something else i'll need.
with headers you should be pretty good, but youre going to at least want some type of PCM upgrade to go with that stuff. 6* of knock WOT is not a good number, which is where youll be with a bad tune if youre lucky.
