So just today my car randomly started acting up. I was coming home from work and I noticed that the boost gauge got stuck with about 4 bars lit up. Shortly after my car wouldn't shift until about 5,000 rpm and eventually the boost gauge got stuck with 6 bars and then my car would randomly throw itself into idle while I was driving with it in gear. I could mash the gas but the rpm would increase and that was it. It would also randomly go down to about 1,500 rpm and if I hit the gas it wouldn't do anything at all. As if no fuel. I'm thinking it's the MAF sensor or the throttle position sensor, but no check engine light came on. Any suggestions? Transmission issue?

Had similar issues when the vac line to the MAP sensor cracked. Specifically the way high shift RPM and wonky boost gauge. Not saying that's it, but it was for me.
