Recently went to a 3.5 zzp module system pulley and new gatorback 660 belt. Started getting a chirping sound from the pulley belt area.. Belt looked pretty worn after only a couple of days. Is the belt too tight? too loose? or do i have a bad tensioner? Pulley installed wrong?

Where do you have the belt riding on the pulley? Mine chirped whenever it wasn't centered on the pulley (one rib extra on each side).

Your clutch on the compressor was dragging a bit.

I went up a pulley size from a 3.4 to a 3.6 with a 660 and started getting a chirp, then a squeal several days later. It was the tensioner pulley.
An engine is an engine no matter the size.... I think Dr. Seuss said that... or maybe it was Big Weld....

still on a completely separate belt. should have no effect on the blower belt walking/not walking.

correct. it was just odd I changed nothing other than reinstalling an a/c compressor in place of the delete pulley.
