Well, your running lean it seems. When exactly do you see knock? When cruising and not moving the throttle? Do you see it while cruising in 3rd or 4th only when you slowly roll on the throttle? Are you seeing it increase as you go WOT, or just a blip as you shift?

Need to know when EXACTLY its happening. But anyways you really need to get that info to Overkill since he's the only one that can help you unless you can tune it yourself.

The knock rises with temperature of car knock at 3 when boosting at 180 trans temp and at 5 when just cruise controlling when trans temp is 200 plus. At that temp its pretty constant.

So, you are driving down a flat road at say, 55 mph, and cruise control is on, you are showing a constant 5° KR? Only thing I can think is that the overkill tune ramped your cruise timing for better mpg, and your car is not liking it. Being lean doesn't help, but you are not so lean that it should matter under stock timing.

Your options seem to be: 1 get in touch with OK, 2 get in touch with OK, 3 pulley up.

Ok, it could be a tcc lockup issue, but I don't know what the point in this thread is really, since you don't have a tuner. You need to contact Will and get this info to him. He seems to be a reputable guy, and I'm sure he'll straighten you out. Let us know how it goes.

Just an update im pretty upset with Will he isnt replying to my emails much and hasnt called or answered an calls which is my preferred method. I have sent my zzp tune to him to I guess make it better? Not sure he will do that im in fear he will just make it worse.. Pretty much regretting getting a pcm from him. Shipping the pcm alone to canada is killing me if this second go around doesnt work im asking for a complete refund from him. Im taking a 5 hour trip in 100 degree weather tomorrow then 3 hr the next day and am in fear of damaging my car. I get up to 5 even 6 knock under acceleration on flat ground 50-70 mph before boosting...

go get a pcm out of a junk yard and use that till your tune is fixed.

if your mod less that is. if your stock no tune will kill off the stock kr. it needs some flow mods, like a U bend delete at least. or a dp.

headers really help, but ca is a douche state.

Keep a stock pcm for situations like this when you have a issue with the current tune

just buy the hp tuner, then you can learn how to screw it up yourself.
